Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the vehicle information you supply and on stock available at the time of quoting. They are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Fitment information
We match parts using the vehicle details and VIN you provide. If the information supplied is incomplete or incorrect, we cannot guarantee fitment. Confirming that a part suits your application remains your responsibility, and we recommend professional installation.
Orders
An order is formed when we confirm it, not when a form is submitted. We may decline or cancel an order — including for pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud — and will refund anything already paid if we do.
Used parts
All parts supplied are used and previously installed in another vehicle. Cosmetic marks, surface corrosion and wear consistent with the recorded mileage are normal and are not defects.
Warranty and returns
Warranty coverage and returns are governed by the warranty and returns pages, which form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the part supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labour, towing, rental vehicles, lost income or lost time, unless a labour option was purchased and applies.
Intellectual property
Site content, design and branding are the property of TorqueCore Auto. Vehicle make and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification and fitment reference only. We are an independent supplier and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TorqueCore Auto is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
