What we check before an engine ships

A used engine is only worth buying if somebody has actually looked at it. Every unit we quote goes through a documented check so you know what you are getting.

Mileage verification — recorded from the donor vehicle and stated on the quote
Visual inspection — block, heads and mating surfaces checked for cracks, welds and prior repair
Fluid check — oil and coolant inspected for the cross-contamination that signals gasket or block failure

Is a used engine cheaper than rebuilding mine?
